The person who engages in this activity is called a <strong>Bodybuilding<\/strong> athlete or <strong>bodybuilder<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bodybuilding History<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In ancient Greece and Egypt, weight training was done by lifting stones. 19. Towards the turn of the century, <strong>weight training<\/strong> took on a different meaning.
